You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use mycity44. We verify age during the KYC process and reserve the right to close accounts where this requirement is not met.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on mycity44. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus funds must meet rollover conditions before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated software, and any attempt to exploit system errors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
mycity44 supports responsible gambling. Players may set deposit limits, request self-exclusion, or activate cooling-off periods at any time by contacting our support team.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mycity44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mycity44 website at https://mycity44.cam, its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and all services provided thereunder (collectively, "the Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or making use of any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may not register an account.
mycity44 is operated under international gaming regulations. The Platform is made available to eligible players, including those resident in Malaysia, subject to the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 below.

To register and maintain an Account on mycity44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
By registering an Account, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. You further warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria above and that you will promptly notify mycity44 if your circumstances change such that you no longer satisfy any of these requirements.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, mycity44 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of duplicate Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. mycity44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your Account pending resolution.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
mycity44 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. As part of this KYC process, you may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
mycity44 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, and cash deposits via 7-Eleven Cliqq. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit. mycity44 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.
All funds deposited must belong to you personally. You may not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, and you may not accept deposits from third parties into your Account. Where mycity44 has reason to believe that deposited funds originate from an unauthorised or third-party source, the Account may be suspended and the relevant funds returned to the originating payment method.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following one blockchain confirmation, generally within 15–30 minutes. 7-Eleven Cliqq deposits are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. These are approximate timeframes only; mycity44 does not guarantee processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawal requests made prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. mycity44 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method at its discretion, including to a verified Malaysian bank account (Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank).
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during business hours, Monday to Sunday (09:00–23:00 MYT). The majority of withdrawal requests are processed on the same business day. mycity44 does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases and shall not be liable for delays resulting from banking or payment processor timelines beyond our control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 100. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the Account balance reaches the minimum withdrawal level.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier. Players at higher VIP tiers benefit from increased withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within the Account withdrawal section.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by mycity44 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default rollover requirement of 20x the Bonus amount applies. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
mycity44 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or collusion with other Players in connection with any promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, only one Bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically designated as combinable.
mycity44 offers a range of gaming products including online slot games, live dealer casino tables, sports betting (covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UFC, and other markets), crash games, and lottery-style products. Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
All bets and wagers placed by Players are made at the Player's sole discretion and risk. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where explicitly permitted by game-specific rules. mycity44 does not provide betting advice and accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any bet.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting products and are displayed within the relevant game interface. mycity44 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific Accounts where there is reason to do so, including in cases of suspected advantage play.
In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, mycity44 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. mycity44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from system errors beyond its reasonable control.
Sports bets are governed by additional product-specific rules published within the sportsbook section. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Mix parlay bets in which one or more selections are voided will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mycity44. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:
All content on the mycity44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of mycity44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of mycity44.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software component; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools in relation to the Platform.
The mycity44 name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of mycity44 and may not be used without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mycity44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of winnings.
mycity44's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mycity44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and any remaining Real Money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
mycity44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false or fraudulent information; (c) the Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; (d) continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, reputational, or regulatory risk to mycity44; or (e) the Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Upon Account termination for breach, mycity44 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which mycity44 holds its operating licence.
In the event of a dispute between mycity44 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation in good faith. Should direct negotiation fail to resolve the matter within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed arbitral institution, in accordance with its applicable rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent mycity44 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of our Services, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
mycity44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via email or on-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
